Day 2
Wednesday, March 4, 2009

the three of us started our day with this photo. (:
my lovely roomates who are also my classmates.
nadiyah, xinhui and me.
we look kind of funny squating down that way while taking a photo.
hahahaha.

while the rest of our Chinese friends went to have their breakfast, nadiyah and i went around exploring the campus and the area nearby.
we walked and took photos.
by the way, Mr Wong said that the building behind has the communist kind of architecture.
wonder how he actually could recognise it.

we actually saw the living conditions of some of the housing estates around the area.
it just made me feel lucky and fortunate with what i have. (:

one of the activities today was an orientation around the campus.
mostly on the places which we will be having our classes at.
the above photo is one of the views from the classroom block.
nice right? (:

and here are more photos on what is in the classroom.. hahaha.

hahahaha.
maybe we should try implementing this in Singapore. (:

this guy makes great "handmade" noodles.
all the noodles are made on the spot using dough.
its so interesting and cool.
and this is where nadiyah and i ate for dinner. (:

it was a candid shot after the orientation. (:
lessons will start tomorrow. (:
